Have you ever used organic ingredients to make your beer? What did you think?

Have you tried Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company beer? It's delicious, you can try it here http://www.beaus.ca/find.
They did a blind taste test with 76 people and 75 out of 76 preferred the organic beer and the 76th person couldn't decide.

Hey there.  I'm looking to soup up a coopers stout kit with some specialty grain.  what kinds of specialty grains would you recommend me to use?  I guess the amount of grain just depends on how strong i want the beer to end up?

My first thought would be to add chocolate if you want it more stoutie. Probably about 1/2kg.
