Hey there. 

   I purchased one of your starter kits over the holidays.  I'm wondering how much dextrose should be used when making the Coopers IPA (3.75 lbs malt) beer that came with the kit.  There is a bag of dextrose that came with the kit, but i'm not sure how much is in the bag or whether some of that dextrose is for priming.

Good morning!

Put 1/2 (1kg) in now, a little bit more will give you a higher alcohol. Save 1 cup to 1 1/4 for priming once its at 1002-1003 (at least under 1005).
