Shipping policy
We only ship within Canada.
ONLINE ORDERS
Orders are sent out within 1-3 business days (plus shipping time). Real-time shipping rates are provided at checkout and will be shipped by the courier you select. If there are any issues we will contact you and have the option to default to Canpar. Once your order has shipped do you will receive an email with the tracking information.
PO BOX
Please note only Canada Post will deliver to a PO Box. If you can receive packages to your house it will be cheaper through another courier.
SHIPPING SYRUP
Shipping syrup across the country can be tricky business. We do our best to pack everything carefully but the shipping process is out of our hands. We have minimal issues, but if there is an issue with your product upon receipt please email us a picture.
- If your package gets damaged during transit, see your shipping company.
- If it freezes it will thaw with no change in the taste.
- If you refuse an order you will be responsible for additional shipping fee's to resend the order.
- If you've ordered a 4L and it's not in stock we will substitute it for two 2Ls.
SHIPPING GLASS
Although we pack everything with care there are the rare cases of damage. Glass is shipped at the customers risk.
RETURNS
No returns for opened or consumable products. Exchange or store credit for non-ingredient returns within 30 days with receipt of unopened product.
